MyWeku Gardens Terms of Conditions/Rental Agreement
MyWeku Gardens rentals offers a high end and distinctive line of elegant and chic décor to adorn your events. Whatever special occasion or event you have in mind, we will work closely with you to choose the best décor items to grace your event. We continuously expand our décor collection, with the goal of bringing you the trendiest in modern custom design. Our unique selections of glamorous table centrepieces, lanterns, terrariums, lighting and exclusive line of flatware and dinnerware will transform your event into a breath-taking atmosphere that exceeds your expectations
Pricing: We rent by the piece and have some package options. Each piece has a rental price detailed in our shop, which you can sort by product category. The prices for our rental products are for the day of the event only. If you desire to have us style or decorate the pieces, we will customize your rentals with our accessories or custom accessories to complete the look you desire. Styling comes at an extra charge plus the rental price of the pieces you choose.
MyWeku Gardens allows you to select your items from our growing inventory and pick them up in advance of your event to do your own decorating and return them at the end of the rental period.
The normal Rental Period is 3 days. For events scheduled on Saturday, your items will be available on the Friday before your event and returned the following Monday before 4 pm. All items will be cleaned, packed securely and ready for you to pick up at your reserved time. Extended rentals are also available but not guaranteed.
To reserve your items, please submit your request via email to email@example.com. Please include the event date and location. We will review your items for availability and let you know what we have in stock with corresponding prices. A copy of the rental agreement will be made available for you to sign on the day of collection. The rental agreement can be emailed to you on request if you will be sending your representative to collect the items. If the items are over 1000 GHC a down payment of 50% of the total Rental Agreement is required to secure your date and the items selected. Please note: ALL DOWN PAYMENTS to reserve your items are NON REFUNDABLE, as your reservation of an item secures the item for you and prevents us from renting that item to any other client for your rental period.
The remaining 50% of the total Rental Agreement must be paid at least 2 days prior to the event date. In addition to the remaining balance due, a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 25% of the total Rental is also required. The Security Deposit, payable in cash will be held to cover the cost of any damages incurred to items while in your care. If all items are returned safely without damage and no items are missing, your cash will be returned to you upon receipt of item. If the damages or missing items exceed 25% of the rental agreement you will be liable for the excess. Each rental piece has a replacement value which you may request to see before you sign this agreement.
We will make every attempt to have available the items you have selected but due to unforeseen problems, such as breakage, we have the right to make substitutions to a similar item of quality and value.
Important – It is also up to the client to make sure other individuals helping with your event understand the terms and agreement.
There will be no refunds for cancellations of event, inclement weather or for any items that has been reserved but unused. Please review your items carefully on the Rental Agreement for once items are agreed upon, they cannot be cancelled.
China, Stemware and Serving Items: All items must be returned clean. China and Silver Items must be washed by hand and not in the dishwasher.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PICK UP
Rentals must be picked up in a secure vehicle. Some larger items such as backdrops or furniture may require a truck.
DELIVERY FEE AND/OR PICK UP FEE
We offer a delivery and/or pick up service. The fees will depend on the bulky nature or damage prone nature of the items as well as distance and quantity.
If the rental items are not returned on the agreed upon date, a late fee per day charge equal to the normal daily rental value will be applied.
The client agrees that MyWeku Gardens holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to renter or any third party. The client assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury.
By accepting these terms listed in this agreement, you agree to allow MyWeku Gardens permission to use photos that we take at your event on our websites, social media sites, advertisements, etc.
Any deposit received will constitute this agreement and acceptance of terms.
